Appointment Booking

• Appointments are subject to doctor availability.
• All details provided during booking must be accurate and truthful.
• Bengal X-Ray & Plasma Diagnostic Center may modify or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
• Booking Time User have to pay a partial booking amount of Rs.200 for Confirm There Bookings.

No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend the appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee/advance amount is non-refundable.

Patient Cancellation Policy

• Patient-initiated cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
• Patients can reschedule the appointment only once, subject to doctor availability.

Clinic/Doctor Cancellation Policy

If Bengal X-Ray & Plasma Diagnostic Center or the doctor cancels the appointment for any reason, the patient will receive a 100% refund of the advance fee.

Payments

• Payment must be completed to confirm the appointment.
• Displayed fees may vary depending on consultation type and medical requirements.
